The load-bearing structure is cross-laminated timber, a strong, light and natural building material.

The ground floor has the living room, a dining room with 4-metre glass sliding walls, a spacious kitchen, a sauna with an anteroom and shower room, a utility room, a toilet and a wardrobe, while the upper floor has bedrooms with wardrobes and a bathroom.
