The CLT house Japan stands out for its modern architecture with Japanese touches. At the centre of the building is an inner courtyard with a lit Japanese garden. The garden is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass walls 3.75 metres high, which let you enjoy the garden from all over the house, so the garden becomes part of the living space. The bathroom and spa have innovative floor-level windows that keep privacy while letting in plenty of light. The flat roof emphasises the clean, minimalist form of the building.

The layout separates the living and sleeping zones, which gives privacy and better sound insulation, and the sauna complex is also privately separated from the living areas.
