Content of the inquiry. Information you voluntarily submit through the contact form, a price inquiry or by email (e.g. the desired house model, plot location, budget, additional wishes);
Contract and project data. Data needed in the course of the client relationship (address, plot details, building permit documentation, billing information);
Technical data. IP address, browser type and version, device type, time and duration of the visit, pages visited, referring website;
Newsletter data. Email address, if you have subscribed to our newsletter.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

Answering inquiries and preparing quotes. Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b));
Providing services and performing the contract. Design, construction, project management, fulfilling warranty obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b));
Customer support and communication. Notifications and important updates about the progress of the project (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f));
Marketing and newsletter. With your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw your consent at any time;
Improving the security and user experience of the Website. Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f));
Complying with legal obligations. Accounting, taxation and the documentation obligations arising from the Building Code (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Sharing data

Subcontractors and partners (architects, designers, construction teams, transport companies) involved in carrying out your project;
IT and hosting service providers, email and newsletter platforms, web analytics service providers;
Accounting, legal and audit service providers;
Government agencies and local authorities, where this is necessary for the building permit, occupancy permit or other procedures required by law;
Authorities, where the law requires the data to be transferred.

Data processing agreements have been concluded with all processors, obliging them to protect your data at an equivalent level. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or to comply with legal requirements:

Inquiries and quotes that do not lead to a contract – up to 3 years from the submission of the inquiry;
Contract and project documentation – for the term of the contract and thereafter for the warranty period and the limitation period of claims arising from the law;
Accounting documents – 7 years in accordance with the Accounting Act;
Newsletter data – until consent is withdrawn;
Technical logs – up to 12 months.

You have the right at any time to:

Receive information about which personal data we process about you and access it;
Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
Request the deletion of data if there is no legal basis for processing it;
Restrict the processing of data or object to the processing;
Receive your data in a machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller (right to data portability);
Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;
Lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, info@aki.ee, www.aki.ee).
