About Us
Happy Home is a family business that started with our great passion for architecture and modern construction technologies. Mihkel Nirgi and Liisa Nirgi had long-term experience in the real estate sector and Liisa had a strong background in marketing – we combined our knowledge and experience and started real estate development. We soon realized that the Estonian market lacked prefabricated houses that would suit even the most demanding customer in terms of both design and quality. This realization led to the birth of Happy Home – a company that offers timeless design and uncompromising quality home solutions.
During the work, we discovered a unique material based on new technology – cross-laminated timber (CLT), which has become the core of Happy Home homes today.
Dreams don’t come true without a strong team. Happy Home houses are built in collaboration with a team of architects, project managers and builders. We consider our strength to be that all design and construction is internal to the company, meaning we control both the design and construction quality. At the same time, we are very flexible. The layout and size of finished projects can be changed, and we also make individual adjustments depending on the client’s wishes and the specifics of the plot. We also offer interior design and outdoor area design so that the client gets the most complete living environment possible.
For clients who want to design their own home and manage the construction, we also offer the opportunity to take over the construction from the very beginning. At a minimum, you can order a house package with installation from us.
In the 2025 Factory House competition, we were awarded the title "Most Energy-Efficient Building of the Year."
People often consider building a house to be a complicated, time-consuming and stressful process. Our goal is to make building a house a simple, fast and stress-free process. We offer our clients a complete solution – from the idea and building permit to the finished house.
You can order the entire house construction from us – from design to occupancy permit. Before making a decision, you can also view our current projects and choose a home according to your budget. This gives you the assurance that everything will be done correctly and with high quality. All of our house models have sample price lists so that the client can make sure that the desired solution remains within the planned budget before making a decision.
We understand that a home is a big investment – that is why we provide a 50-year warranty on the structures of our houses and a 2-year warranty on the construction work.
We want to inspire people to live a more conscious and sustainable lifestyle, and our goal is to increase the proportion of sustainable materials in all houses. We integrate sustainable thinking already in the design phase, where the first important choices are made regarding materials and energy efficiency. In Happy Home houses, energy efficiency is ensured by high-quality building materials and construction quality, modern heating solutions and ventilation systems.

Vision for foreign markets, focus on the domestic market
Today, together with our Swedish partners, we have a subsidiary in Sweden and a vision to sell our knowledge and design to foreign markets.
