CLT House Iceland 2.0 is a new, more minimalist version of the Iceland House, where we use a combination of black wood and cement fibre tiles for the exterior. The architecture of the house plays on contrasts in both material and form, with character added by an effective exterior lighting solution.
The Iceland House is a spacious dwelling with high ceilings, large glass walls and a functional layout that combines everything that is valued in a modern home.
The Iceland House is like two houses. A modern block of living room and master bedroom with no eaves and high ceilings, and a lower block of sauna and children’s rooms.
At the heart of the house is the living room, dining room, kitchen, with a ceiling height of over 5 metres and adorned with a large glass wall that provides both light and space. The kitchen or dining room is designed with an innovative window solution, where the window swings up to the roof without a break.
Clever use has been made of the sliced space above the master bedroom, which can be used as an additional bedroom, office or playroom.
The house can be custom built to a size and layout to suit you.
For all houses we also offer a garage, carport, sauna/guest house, shed and other small buildings.
