The gable roof pitch is 30\u201345 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>The house is like two houses in one: a modern block with a gable roof without eaves and a high ceiling for the living room and master bedroom, and a lower block for the sauna and children&#8217;s rooms. This <a href=\"https:\/\/happyhome.ee\/en\/useful\/house-floor-plan\/\">layout<\/a> keeps the day and night zones apart. The gable space above the master bedroom can be used as an extra bedroom, office or playroom. The house is in energy class A, and ground-source heating with near-zero-energy-certified mechanical ventilation keeps heating costs low.\n\nThe house <a href=\"https:\/\/happyhome.ee\/en\/contact\/\">can be ordered<\/a> in a size and layout that suits you.
